Terms and conditions of sale for the services offered:

- Article 1 Introduction – Purpose: The following Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to services provided by Cassandre FIEVE under the trade name SCRIPTAE, a sole proprietorship registered in the French business register under SIRET number 828 586 016 00010. Registered office: 948 Avenue des Anciens Combattants Français d’Indochine 83500 La Seyne sur Mer, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” or “SCRIPTAE”. Services are provided to individuals or businesses, hereinafter referred to as the “Client”. SCRIPTAE offers French-language tutoring, minute-taking, administrative assistance, proofreading and copy editing for individuals, professionals and businesses. Any purchase from the Seller constitutes the Client’s unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale as published on the Vert la table website at: www.scriptae.fr. The Client warrants that they have the legal capacity to enter into a valid contract for the services offered by SCRIPTAE.

- Article 2 Prices and payment terms: The price of the course is as listed on the SCRIPTAE website. Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Payment for services is due upon invoicing. Payment may be made in cash, by cheque payable to Cassandre FIEVE, or by bank transfer. Cheques must be made out in euros and drawn on a bank based in France or Monaco.

- Article 3 Confidentiality and personal data: Information collected when a service is requested is processed electronically to ensure better follow-up. Cassandre FIEVE ensures that this data is kept confidential. It is not shared with any commercial partners or third parties without the client’s express prior consent. The information collected may be used to send the client future promotional offers and keep them informed about products, services and events offered by SCRIPTAE. The information collected is kept by SCRIPTAE for 5 years. The website www.scriptae.fr and the data file collected through it are registered with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL). In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended in 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679 of 14 April 2016, applicable since 25 May 2018, the client has the right to access and rectify information concerning them. To exercise this right, contact Cassandre FIEVE by email at scriptae83@gmail.com. The client may also object at any time to the processing of their personal data, amend their information, or ask SCRIPTAE to restrict or erase it, by writing to the same email address.

- Article 4 Disputes: These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any complaint relating to services provided must be sent in writing to scriptae83@gmail.com. Data recorded on www.scriptae.fr may be used as evidence of communications between the parties, bookings made by the client and transactions between SCRIPTAE and the client. Any dispute between SCRIPTAE and the client relating to these Terms and Conditions of Sale or the provision of a service will first be referred to the parties to seek an amicable resolution. If no amicable solution is reached, the client may refer the matter to a mediator or court-appointed conciliator. Failing that, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts.

- Article 5 Late payment – Business clients Early payment discount: none. Any payment more than 30 days overdue will incur a penalty equal to three times the statutory interest rate in force. A flat-rate recovery fee of €40 is due for each late payment.
